What to Expect
The Process
Step 1 — Head to the private changing room where you will disrobe (minimal clothing recommended: men must wear underwear; women can wear a sports bra, panties, or bathing suit). All jewelry and piercings must be removed. No underwire bras or any undergarments that contain metal can be worn in the CryoChamber.
Step 2 — You’ll be provided long socks, gloves, slippers, a face mask, and ear protectors, which are all mandatory for your safety and protection while you’re in the machine.
Step 3 — Step into the CryoChamber. Your trained and certified Cryotherapy Technician will be there to guide you through your cryotherapy session.
Step 4 — The technician will begin your cryotherapy session - cool dry air will circulate around your body for 2.5 to 3.5 minutes. During this time, your skin surface temperature will drop significantly.
Step 5 — Upon exiting the CryoChamber, your body will vasodilate, causing the oxygen-, nutrient-, and enzyme-enriched blood to be released back into tissues on the skin surface and within the muscles and return to the joint spaces that were flushed of toxins during your session.
